Leader as Coach

If you are a new leader, team leader, or just want to upgrade enhance your coaching skills, this program will provide you with opportunities to build and strengthen relationships and coaching skills all while interacting with coaches throughout the world as you discuss integration of coaching practices into your own workplace. The Global IOC Essential Coaching Skills program meets ninety minutes weekly for six weeks. It is a combination of virtual training, reflection, case studies, and peer coaching practice.
